Saحel Return Policy

At Saحel, we take pride in the quality of our products.

- Custom Orders: Items that include custom initials, personalization, monograms, embroidery, or any special requests are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Standard Products: We accept returns only for standard (non-customized) products that have a manufacturer defect. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

- Returns will not be accepted for normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or customer preference changes.

If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and photos of the issue for review.

Saحel reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a product qualifies for a return under this policy.
